Cancellation & refund policy

• Cancellations made at least 48 hours before your scheduled session are eligible for a full refund, excluding any applicable payment processing fees.

• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your session are non-refundable. The slot may instead be transferred to another person, provided Sunflour Café is informed before the session.

• Participants who do not attend without prior notice are considered a no-show, and the registration fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.

• Requests to move to another session may be accommodated subject to slot availability. Please contact us at least 48 hours before your original session.

• In the unlikely event that Sunflour Café needs to cancel, registered participants will be offered either a full refund or a transfer to another available session.
