A Little Science, A Little Patience

From Tea to Fizz
A little science. A little patience. A lot of good things happening in between.
We'll take you through the entire kombucha journey:
Taste the Difference
Before you start brewing, you'll taste your way through kombucha at different stages of fermentation.
Learn to identify what your brew is telling you — and eventually, how to make it taste the way you want.
A Living Craft
Kombucha isn't something you simply make. It's something you care for.
A culture grows. A brew changes. Flavors develop with time. Every batch becomes a little different — and that's part of the beauty.
At Sunflour, fermentation is part of our everyday kitchen craft. Through Kombucha 101, we're opening up that process and sharing what we've learned so you can bring a little bit of it home.
Start your culture. Brew your first batch. Keep it growing.
